8.Pursuant to the GDPR, Circumstances where Smyrna Pet Management may Process Your Personal Data without Your Explicit Consent

Pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, in the following cases, Smyrna Pet Management may process your personal data obtained in accordance with the law without seeking your explicit consent:

  • Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract you have concluded with Smyrna Pet and its associated organizations*, other natural and/or legal persons specified in Article VI, it is necessary to process or export personal data belonging to the parties to the contract,
  • Smyrna Pet Management is obliged to fulfill a legal obligation,
  • Your personal data has been made public by you,
  • Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
  • Provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of Smyrna Pet Business.

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the GDPR Law; applications to be made to our organization, which is the data controller, regarding these rights, must be submitted to us in writing (you can access the application form sample here) or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (Board).
